As part of New York’s Gay Pride Week, Village Playwrights are including “Waltzing, One, Two, Three” to be one of eight plays read during their Celebrate Pride Tribute. The play will be read at 8pm on Wednesday, June 25th in the LGBT Community Center, 208 W.13th St., NYC.

Lawson Caldwell has written sixteen full length plays and three ten minute plays. His work has been produced in Germany as well as the United States.

Lawson is also the author of a popular children's book, "Colors Belong to Everyone."

In addition to the Dramatist Guild of America, Lawson is a member of Chicago Dramatist Playwrights Network and Theatre Resources Unlimited (TRU).
